We’re a boutique event management company based out of Halifax who’ve been creating wonderful event experiences since 2016. Whether a small intimate gathering, a corporate event, a large tent wedding, or a festival, we can assist by providing qualified people to help make it happen. It’s about letting you enjoy your party – we’ll handle the behind-the-scenes allowing you to have fun with your guests.
We take away the stress of event management by taking care of: event setups and service, wedding setups, bartending and food service, as well as Day-of-Coordination for weddings. We have an experienced team of servers and bartenders across Nova Scotia and PEI to help make your event enjoyable for both you and your guests.
COVID-AWARE EVENTS: The safety of you, your guests, and our event team are of utmost priority to us. As such we have put in place a variety of pandemic-aware best practice protocols as per Public Health guidelines.

Event Design
The look and feel of your event is of paramount importance. Nothing makes a better impression than a stunning visual aesthetic that captivates and delights your guests. If you have an idea for your event, but you’re not familiar with (or don’t have time for) the work that goes into crafting a fully-formed vision and building a plan and event design around that idea, then our Event Design services may be just the thing for you.
Event & Party Planning
Our Halifax-based team can help you plan and implement your event leaving you with more time to enjoy the festivities as they occur. Have you begun planning and realized outside help may be required? No problem, we’re able to jump into the process at any point. Is your plan still just an idea? We can help you turn your vision or concept into an event reality.
Day-Of Coordination
Our Day-Of Coordination services involve taking the wedding that you and your partner have planned and bringing your vision to life! We typically get involved in the four weeks leading up to your wedding to ensure that the plans you have in place are ready to go on the big day. Some of the duties we look after include: help with logistics, set up, décor, vendor contact for all vendors, direct events to make sure the wedding runs smoothly, on time, and most importantly-getting you down the aisle. We’re here to help ensure that everything comes together with the way you’ve envisioned. On the day-of (hence the name!), we’re on-site making sure that everything behind-the-scenes runs smoothly and according to plan.
Server and Bartender Event Staffing
We provide professional, friendly serving and bartending staff for every occasion. Our Halifax team selects the best talent to ensure you and your guests have a wonderful experience. We’re fully insured and all of our servers and bartenders have the necessary Nova Scotia “Serve Right” training and certificates for safe and enjoyable service of alcohol. Our highly professional team is well versed on (and practice in) providing COVID-Aware service to help keep you, your guests, and event co-workers safe.
